Formlabs
During Winter 2023, I worked at Formlabs as a 3D Model Intern. Over my time there, I worked on several small-scale projects which contributed towards Formlabs' customer-facing marketing portfolio. Check out a few of them below!
Sample Part -
Flame Retardant Resin
I designed an electrical connector Sample Part for the launch of the new Flame Retardant Resin to showcase the material's unique capabilities, such as high dimensional accuracy, heat resistance, and electrical compatibility. The Sample Part was designed to be mass-printed without requiring any supports.
Sample Part -
High Temp Resin
I designed a new Sample Part for the High Temp V2 Resin to replace a prior sample part with consistent print errors. This part showcases the resin's properties such as its high print detail and potential use cases for the material which incorporate both fluid and air flow. The Sample Part, a high-temp fluid mixing nozzle, was designed to be mass-printed without requiring any supports.

Custom Jigs & Fixtures
I designed several functional pieces to showcase the applicability of 3D printing for use cases such as creating custom jigs and fixtures to aid in manufacturing and assembly processes. My parts were utilized in Formlabs' informative white papers and webinars.
